Sierra Tel seeks to fill a Human Resources Manager position in the beautiful mountain community of Oakhurst, California. This position is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and overseeing Human Resources policies and practices for the Company in compliance with applicable laws and industry-wide trends. The Human Resources Manager will engage in long-term and short-term planning and implement Human Resources objectives, with the approval of executive management. The position will also provide leadership to the Payroll and Safety functions of the Company and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
Ideal candidates for the Human Resources Manager position will have well-rounded experience in human resource programs, including, but not limited to, payroll, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters, disputes, and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. The starting pay for this position is $90,000 to $140,000, depending on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Seven years minimum experience in Human Resources management or ten years practical work experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources management.
- Valid Class C California driver’s license with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
