Hello Members!
As we step into a new year, I am excited about the many opportunities ahead for our Central California SHRM community. January always brings a sense of fresh energy, and 2026 is already shaping up to be a year of growth, connection, and meaningful development for our members.
We are thrilled to share that beginning this year, our monthly luncheons will be hosted at a new location, Omnia Event Venue, and we can’t wait to welcome you to our first meeting of the year on January 22nd. Full details are shared below, and we truly hope you’ll join us as we continue our tradition of engaging programs, valuable conversations, and networking with HR professionals from across our region.
Another exciting milestone to celebrate is the official re-launch of the CSU Fresno Student SHRM Chapter. This achievement reflects the dedication and collaboration of 15 student members, along with Professor Andrew Keyes, and our own CCSHRM College Relations Director, Wayne Rylant. We are proud to support the next generation of HR professionals and look forward to strengthening the connection between students and our professional community.
Looking ahead, please mark your calendars for our Annual Workplace Symposium on March 19th. We have an outstanding lineup of speakers planned, along with excellent networking opportunities that you won’t want to miss.
