Human Resources Generalist

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support core HR functions including onboarding, performance management, leave of absence, recruitment, and benefit administration.
• Process employee changes such as promotions, terminations and leave of absence, ensuring all paperwork and systems are updated.
• Respond to routine questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including generating reports, preparing letters, and coordinating meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment.
• PHR, SHRM-CP preferred
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws.
• Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

Salary: $33.00 – $42.00/hour
