Human Resource Association of Central California (HRACC) – #107

Charter Date: December 5, 1968

Some history about the Central Valley chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. HRACC’s original name was the San Joaquin Valley Personnel Association Chapter of the American Society for Personnel Administration.

Notes of Interest:

The organization’s name changed on September 01, 1989 from San Joaquin Valley Personnel Association to Human Resource Association of Central California.

The chapter chartered with: 32 members of whom 14 were ASPA Members – remaining members became National members shortly thereafter.

The Original Petition for Charter signed on October 29, 1968.
