WinnCompanies’ Benefits Team is revamping, developing, and implementing a new multiyear benefit strategy and looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join us! In this role, you will be part of a lean team creating and implementing benefits across 22 states and D.C. You will be responsible for administering the company benefit programs, including life insurance, disability insurance, FSA, 401(k), and various other programs as needed. You will also act as the primary point of contact on the HR Help-desk for all benefit inquires; providing assistance and support for a broad range of benefit related questions for across the country. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in Human Resources in a fast paced environment where  no two days are the same.


  • Process and reconcile monthly vendor invoices including company medical, dental, FSA, disability and life insurance invoices
  • Serve as the first point of contact for a wide-range of employee questions and concerns related to benefits
  • Act as a dispatcher for all Human Resources Help-desk calls and email; managing and resolving the Benefits ticket requests
  • Support the Benefits Manager and team to ensure completion of day-to-day administration of all company benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, disability insurance, tuition and health club reimbursements, COBRA
  • Audit HRIS benefit data to carrier records
  • Provide assistance to other Human Resources functions as needed


  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred
  • 1 – 2 years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, and comfortable using Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish language (written and verbal)
  • Superb attention to detail
  • High sense of urgency
