Denham Resources has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to join the team of our client; a highly successful, well-established, agri-business.

-Insure compliance with Federal and State laws and company policy and procedures
-Work with the Human Resources Manager regarding Union negotiations, contracts and resolving any grievances
-Oversee the new hire process, recruitment and terminations
-Be part of the investigation process on any employee relations issues
-Supervise Human Resources Assistants


-Minimum 3-5 years’ of proven union experience in Human Resources required
-Experience working in food manufacturing is preferred
-4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
-Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
-Proficient level with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required
-Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational skills
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
