The Personnel Coordinator performs a variety of analytical work in the development and implementation of the City’s human resources program; maintains and updates the City’s
classification and compensation plan; coordinates recruitment and selection processes; to provide consultation on personnel rules, regulations, and operating policies; to serve on the City’s labor negotiating team; and to do related work as required.


This is a single-position, specialized classification for performing a variety of analytical and complex support work for the City human resources functions and operations.
